Summer Purchases

I've been spending a lot on summer items lately. The weather has been so favourable that I just couldn't help it! I went a little crazy at Old Navy thanks to their sales and affordable bikinis. Here are some of the items I've purchased in the last month or so.

First up... Old Navy.
one | two | three | four
I don't like buying matching bikini tops & bottoms, but I do enjoy pairing mismatched ones that look good together. I've worn the wavy bottom & brown top together and I love how they look on. I just ordered the blue paisley bottom and the white top and plan on wearing those together as well. I purchased them all in XS and they fit little me pretty well. I just received the white one in the mail today and the little loop in the middle made the triangles too wide apart. I'll be returning that one.
I originally purchased the flip flops in neon orange, but totally forgot my word of advice regarding Old Navy shoe sizes - ya gotta size up! Silly me ordered a size 6, so when it came time to exchange it, only the pink was left. (Still love it!)

You've seen me rave about the wedges and leather belt before, so I won't bore you. The maxi dress is something I was looking for for a while. It's plain, black, and simple - perfect for wearing in multiple ways.

Urban Outfitters and ASOS...
When I saw the lone blazer/cardigan at Urban Outfitters, I was hoping it would be an XS, but it turned out to be a size M. I still tried it on and to my surprise, it fit me very well! It doesn't have a noticeable "oversized" look to it. In fact, no one can even guess it's a size medium on me! :D (see below)
My favourite bracelet out of the three has got to be the black woven one. I think I might end up getting more colours... there are so many to choose from! Red, brown, green, & turquoise are all options, as well as skinny versions of the bracelet!

The plastic bead bracelet is a little long, but I think I can figure out a way to resize it. This is a dainty little piece that can layer with most of my other bracelets because it's gold & multi-coloured.

The chain & gummy bracelet was not what I had expected. In real life, it's a much darker green than shown on the site. I should have bought the pink version!!

Garage and H&M...

I've been looking for an affordable sheer white blouse for the longest time. This wasn't something I wanted to spend a lot on since I know it'll get dirty really quickly. This blouse is very soft, lightweight, and drapes perfectly on my body. (see left) I sorta wanna get the mint one too.. (For reference, I'm wearing an XS. I have the Size S up for grabs if anyone wants it! If not, I'll be returning it next week.)

White denim shorts have also been on my list for a while. When I purchased this pink H&M kids pair, I didn't think about getting the white as well. By the time I went back for it, my size was sold out! I'm glad I stumbled upon this pair because I love the distressed look.  Garage denim runs 1-2 sizes smaller so I suggest sizing up. I wear a 00.

The H&M sweater was purchased from their sale. It's very thick and warm, so I decided to get it to prepare for fall/winter.

If you have questions about any of the above, let me know! I'll try and answer them to the best of my ability. : )
