Sugar Shack & Maple Syrup in Québec City | Jessy Eats

My friend took us to a sugar shack while we were visiting Quebec. Almost everything on the menu was cooked with maple syrup and can be a hit or miss depending on your taste buds. This was a very Canadian experience and I recommend sugar shacks to anyone (who has a sweet tooth) visiting Eastern Canada.

We went to Relais des Pins in Quebec City and I suggest driving there if you want to visit the same one. It was $17 per person with an all-you-can-eat menu.
L to R: homemade ketchup, maple syrup, pickles
L to R: sausages covered in maple syrup (with pork rinds in the back); sugar pie & pancakes
Top L to R: sausages, pea soup, ham, boiled potatoes, pork rinds, poached eggs (all cooked in maple syrup)
Bottom: meat pie
Above & below: fresh maple taffee on snow. Yum : )

Thank you for reading, everyone! To my fellow Canadians: have a safe and happy Canada Day weekend!
